If you run from source, you will most likely also want some of the commonly used plugins, such as MHX2 and the asset downloader. These can be found on the plugins page. If you are looking for MPFB2, it can be found in the plugins directory. Look for the file named *-nightly-windows.zip. We are still producing nightly builds (see which version should I download?), which can be found in the download directory. At this point we recommended that you download the stable release (1.2.0)
